Still that\u2019s what has happened and Madeleine Aime\u00e9 Boichat was born at 8.12am on Thurs 20th July after a rather long and drawn out labour. She weighed 6lb and 10oz.<\/p>\n<p>If first impressions are anything to go by it looks like she\u2019s going to be well behaved but I fully expect to be eating these words in the not too distant future.<\/p>\n<p>Mette and Madeleine are staying in hospital for a couple of days which is actually working out well as there are lots of people to fuss over Mette and help her with the breast feeding etc which I know she\u2019s finding helpful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK so I know I was fairly sure the due date would not be the day but I wasn\u2019t expecting such an early appearance.
