That is take a trip on a train with Maddie. After some initial scary moments (when some fast trains went past the platform) and some reassuring words we boarded a train for London. Once underway any fears subsided and Maddie seemed to really enjoy her trip. It was really in at the deep end for her as we did several Tube Trains and some really long escalators.<\/p>\n<p>It obviously made a good impression as she has asked several times since \u201cPlease can we go on a train again Daddy!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo it again\u201d is one of her favorite expressions at the moment and she makes it difficult to refuse whatever the request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living as close to the station as we do and with London only 25 mins away I\u2019m surprised we hadn\u2019t done this before now.
